Everyone at MIP CANCUN is subject to the event’s Code of Conduct.
MIP CANCUN defines inappropriate behaviour as any form of verbal or physical abuse; the use of depreciative or discriminatory language, gestures or actions; any form of harassment, racism or sexism; inappropriate physical contact; or any targeted comments which may cause personal offence to other individuals.
Exhibitors and standholders should not use images or other materials or conduct activities on their stands that may cause offence.
All participants should be dressed according to business norms in order to create an environment that respects other participants and which does not cause offence.
MIP CANCUN retains the right to take action against anyone who does not respect the Code of Conduct, disrupts the event or makes the environment hostile for any participants. including, but not limited to, refusing entry or removing the individual(s) from the event.
If you believe you have observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it onsite to a member of the MIP Cancun staff, identifiable by their badges.
Please remember that notifying the MIP CANCUN team does not replace contacting the local police if you believe this is appropriate.
