Online Registration

The online registration is for the 1-to-1 offers and the 3-Day Networking Pass only. If you are registering as part of a POD, please reach out to your stand contact.

Once the online registration is open for visitors, the link to our Online Registration tool can be found on the registration page of the website. Please be aware that for the 1-to-1 offers, you will need to fill out a form to confirm your eligibility.

Payment methods

  • Online Registration: You can register online and pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD), or wire transfer for total amounts above 3000 US dollar.
  • Offline Registration: You can pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer.

NOTE: For security reasons, we cannot accept any credit card data via email. Credit card information received by email will automatically be deleted and the contract destroyed.

This information is important to enable us to easily identify your payment. Please include one of the following:

  • Invoice number: You can find your invoice number on the top left of the invoice. Once registered, your invoice is automatically sent by e-mail.
  • Order ID number: If you register online, you will receive a registration confirmation where you can find your Order ID number. Please quote this number as reference when processing your wire transfer.
  • I do not have any invoice number or Order ID number: To be able to recognize your payment, please mention your company name as filled in on the registration form, the name of the participants registered, and the event you registered for.

Yes, it is necessary to send a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment to our Customer Service (https://www.mipcancun.com/en-gb/helpdesk-form.html), including your company name, personal details, and the event you registered for.

If the payment is done less than 7 days before the exhibition starting day, please bring a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment.

Please note that we do not accept bank wire as payment method if you register only 3 days before the preopening day. Only payment by credit card will be possible.

A payment by cash will be possible only on site.


If you would like your invoice to be billed and sent to a specific address or contact, please make sure to fill in the section “Billing address” and “Billing contact name” when registering.

Once registered, your invoice and copy are automatically sent by e-mail within 24 hours to the company contact on the registration form or the billing contact if provided.

Delegate Registration

You will receive your e-badge via email a few weeks before the event. In the case that you do not receive your e-badge, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form (https://www.mipcancun.com/en-gb/helpdesk-form.html) or go to the registration area upon your arrival.

You can transfer your MIP CANCUN participant registration to a full-time employee of the same legal company and in the same country, at no extra charge.

To transfer or amend your delegate registration (whether you are a visitor or an exhibitor), please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form (https://www.mipcancun.com/en-gb/helpdesk-form.html) indicating the details of the person to cancel (first name, last name, job title email address) and the details of the person (first name, last name, job title email address) to attend.

Hotel and apartment booking

Clients without the All Inclusive Package should manage their booking directly on the Moon Palace Resort website, as well as clients who wish to stay at the hotel before and after the dates of the event (19-22 November).

Login & Onboarding

Upon registration you will receive an activation link by email, together with instructions to set your password, to log in to the platform.

To ensure best use of all features, we recommend that you use the Google Chrome browser.

It can take up to 24 hours for your registration details to be available in the MIP CANCUN platform. If you are still unable to login after this period, please contact our helpdesk by filling in this form.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link “Reset password” on the login page

  • Enter your email address that you have previously logged in with
  • Click “Email me a password reset link” and go to your email inbox. Please check your spam box.

Once you have opened the email? click on the reset password button. It will open a new page where you can enter your new password twice and press the “Reset password” button.

To update your profile, you will have to log in to the platform using your login and password.

Then follow the steps below:

  • Click on “My profile” icon (top right)
  • Fill-out the different fields with your company and professional details.
  • Upload your headshot picture

Save your changes and you are done!

To manage your availability schedule, you need to go to the tab “Schedule” and click on “Update availability”. Your availability calendar will appear.

Please note that the time indicated in your Agenda is Cancun time.

If you are booked for a meeting, the timeslot will be highlighted in light green. If you do not want to take meeting requests on a particular timeslot, mark them as unavailable in a simple click. The slot will be highlighted in orange.

When you are done editing your availability schedule, do not forget to click on “Update availability”.

To manage the notifications you receive, go on your profile page under the section “Notifications settings”. Once you have made the changes according to your wish, do not forget to click on “Save”.

To change your e-mail address, go on your profile page under the section “Contact information”. Enter the new e-mail address you would like to use and save your changes.

1-to-1 Pre-scheduled meetings

The 1-to-1 pre-scheduled meetings will take place in Cancun over 3 days, from 20 to 22 November.

Early October you will be invited to select your meeting preferences (preferences phase) by browsing through the attending delegates profiles.

For each profile, indicate if it is a match or unmatch.
Please note that the newest registered participants will appear at the top of the search page.

Distributors = Select a minimum of 30 match

Buyers / Commissioners = Select a minimum of 30 match

Producers = Select a minimum of 15 match

Your pre-scheduled agenda will be created in function of your selection and delegate disponibility. 

Depending on the preferences made by all delegates, the algorithm will set your meeting agenda based on matching scores. 

You are guaranteed up to 25 pre-scheduled meetings for the Content Market and up to 10 pre-scheduled meetings for the Co-Production Forum. 

Starting from 5 November, you will receive your pre-scheduled meetings agenda. All your pre-scheduled meetings – as part of your registration to the market - will be listed in the section "Schedule". Click on the profile of the delegates you have a meeting with, check their details and prepare for your meetings. 

Each distributor will be able to feature up to 5 programmes in their profile.

Each coproducer will be able to feature up to 5 projects in their profile.

Networking & Meetings

The Open Networking Phase will start from 5 November until the end of the market. Browse through all attending delegates by using specific filters and connect with new profiles that match your interests.

You can Request a meeting.

Please log-in frequently to accept/decline meeting requests. The more active you are, the better your MIP CANCUN experience will be!

Requesting a meeting has never been easier.

  • Click on "Send a request" on any profiles you would like to schedule a meeting with.
  • Set the meeting details and click "Request a meeting".
  • Keep track of all your meetings. You can follow up on the status of your meeting requests on the section "Schedule".

NB: You can send up to 50 meeting requests.

To enable the messaging option, you will need to either:

Option 1: Have a confirmed meeting with an attendee will allow you to start chatting with him/her.

Option 2: Send a meeting request to a participant and wait for him or her to confirm. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification and the option to message them will be available. 

All delegates will be listed in the section “All Participants”. Browse through the sections and filter by specific criteria such as country, company name, company activity, content genres and more.

If you are interested in an attendee’s profile, you will be able to « Request a meeting ».
